Account Manager, Wireless Solutions for Business

Summary
CellCity Communications is TELUS Mobility's number one Authorized Dealer offering the full suite of TELUS
Mobility products and services in 14 locations nationally. Together with TELUS Mobility, CellCity works
to ensure that Account Managers are well trained and receive support and assistance by a team of highly
trained individuals that are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal and career objectives. As a
member of our business-to-business team you will proactively build and manage a sales funnel of
prospective clients; assist in analyzing the communications needs of their business; and make
recommendations that enhance the productivity of their team using TELUS Mobility's line up of
future-friendly products and services.
Responsibilities
- Strong focus on business development through effective prospecting.
- Establish trust and build loyalty with key decision-makers to build solid,
long-term professional relationships.
- Achieve sales volume objectives with all assigned accounts to ensure growth and profitability.
- Address wireless needs of account base, providing the client with the right solution for
their evolving business requirements.
- Establish key milestones and advance opportunities, clearly indicating progress within the account.
- Provide prompt, efficient handling of client inquiries and issues.
Knowledge and qualifications
- Ability to interpret the needs of a client and translate them into solutions.
- Capability to work in a highly structured, goal oriented working environment,
where coaching and training are employed to support each team members professional development.
- Understanding of marketing, sales cycles and funnel management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally (with own automobile)
- Working knowledge in PC applications such as MS Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, Word,
Excel, Outlook, networking/LANs, including basic troubleshooting.

Retail Sales Representative, Part-time (RET0108-ON)
Summary
As a member of our retail sales team you will serve clients in-store with the goal of
acquiring new wireless activations, selling wireless phones, pagers, modems, accessories
and services while providing outstanding customer service and support to our new and existing client base.
You will assist clients in analyzing their communications needs, and make
recommendations that that suit their lifestyle using TELUS Mobility products
and services. You will strenthen the value of CellCity and TELUS Mobility by recommending our
communications solutions and activating accounts by leveraging our unique, future-friendly line-up of products and services,
and promote added incramental revenues through features and bundles, and optional accessories.
You will also be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of daily inventory, handling phones
to be sent out for warranty repair, and other various in-store tasks.
Required Knowledge
- Experience in a retail sales environment
- Some knowledge of wireless products and services
- Working knowledge in PC applications such as MS Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, Word,
Excel, Outlook, Access, networking/LAN, including basic troubleshooting
